Warehouse which has built fixed racks should have a passage for forklift which becomes ‘dead space’ while work is not done. If Electric mobile racks are used, there can’t be useless space because the mobile racks can be closely together during idle and they can be moved to a place during work and so load capacity can be doubled or 2.5 time than typical pallet racks.

Features
It is adapted to Delivery Center or New Building of which the rack Is high-rise to increase the loading capacity and land use rate. It is a building-style ASRS system. Without additional structures, rack, it can save the building cost and expand in the longitude direction and in the width direction when production capacity is increased because rack itself can be used for building structure

Unit Rack Type
It is a way to install the automatic facility to existed passive warehouse (flat warehouse). In case of economic benefit being expected when taking the load condition on floor bottom and the height of the building into consideration, it is recommended.
It is suitable for small size with various goods or bucket type and clean warehouse rather than mass amount warehouse with loading pallet unit.
Bucket Type
It is suitable for small quantities with various goods to be stored and is used to store precision machine parts, small parts of car, airplane parts and agricultural products.
